This is a pair of signed earrings with posts for pierced ears. I researched this company and found that the signature "marvella" in small caps was one of the earlier signatures for this company. It was the line of jewelry that the Weinrich Bros. Company in Philadelphia started in 1911. They manufactured jewelry for other companies as well. The company was purchased by different groups and is owned today by The Liz Claiborne Company and produces jewelry under the Marvella name. I think this pair of earrings was probably produced before the company changed hands, probably in the 60's, as the small letter signature denotes an earlier signature.

The earrings are in excellent condition with clear round rhinestones on top, then 2 navy blue marquise rhinestones and a dangling teardrop faux pearl. Both pearls are in excellent condition with no damage to the finish and lots of lustre. The rhinsestones are also in exellent vintage condition with no chips.
