Shipping/Policies

Canadian postal rates for small packets have gone up as of January 1, 2008. The shipping calculator will reflect these changes. A small charge for packaging materials and handling is included in these rates.

We offer the following shipping option for shipping within Canada (for any other method please email me first). For shipping to United States, please contact us BEFORE you purchase your item.

Canada Post - any item or items up to 59.99 - surface mail. Please email me before buying, if you want insurance (surface has no insurance) or other methods of shipping.	$8.00
Canada Post - items from $60.00 - $199.99 - are sent by expedited or expresspost - $13.00	$13.00
Canada Post - Items from $200.00 - $399.99 are shipped by expresspost which includes tracking and insurance - $15.00	$15.00
Canada Post - items from $400.00 - 699.99 are sent expresspost with insurance and tracking only - $18.00.	$18.00
Canada Post - Items $700.00 and over are sent expresspost and include insurance and tracking and will cost $22.00

Payment Methods

We offer COMBINED SHIPPING to save you money on postage. Just email us and we will send you an invoice which includes all items. We accept Paypal and Money Orders (Canadian customers only) for online orders. If you wish to use a Canadian dollar money order, I will convert the US dollar amount to Canadian when I send your invoice- just let me know that when you email me. I will use the bank rate found on the online currency calculator for the day you send your order.

If you are paying by money order, your item/s will be sent when the money order is received. We do not accept credit card orders at this time.

All purchases will be shipped via Canada Post. Delivery times will be dependant on where the item is being sent. Insurance is optional, but, if you choose not to buy insurance, we are not responsible for any damage or loss once the item is in the postal system. Please contact us for prices on insured methods of shipping.

If you would like us to ship by a method other than the post office, such as UPS, Purolator, or some other method, please contact us by email before you pay for your item and we will determine the cost involved.

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order.
