Return Policy

All sales will be considered complete after delivery has been made and confirmed. There can be no refunds for buyers' remorse, not as expected, don't like color, etc. Good pictures are provided, and all efforts are made to give clear descriptions to help interpret the pictures and notation is made of any special features or any flaws. Of course, there will be occasions when consideration will be given for an unusual situation, but contact by the buyer must be made within 7 days and a solution discussed to mutual agreement. Please remember these items are vintage and will not be the same as new items, as the materials, metals and finishes used will have aged and cannot be expected to be the same or react the same way as new items. Vintage items that you, the buyer, have polished, washed in water, shortened, replaced stones in, or altered in any other way are no longer in the same condition as when shipped, and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned.
